Ingredients

Servings: 2
Makes:

300 grams cabbage, without stork (e.g. red cabbage, pointed cabbage or Chinese cabbage)
3 medium carrots
2  apples
4  white vinegar, for the dressing (or apple cider vinegar)
4  vegetable oil, for the dressing
1 tsp. sugar, for the dressing
  salt, for the dressing
  pepper, for the dressing
  pumpkin seeds, or sunflower seeds, to garnish


Instructions

STEP 1/2

Peel the carrots and cut the cabbage, carrots and apple into strips with Braun’s MultiQuick 9 XL food processor 2.0 l attachment using the shredding insert (extra-coarse).

STEP 2/2

Pour over the ingredients for the dressing, mix everything together well and knead lightly. Serve with the seeds.


Tip: You can make the slaw from any type of cabbage, such as red cabbage, pointed cabbage or white cabbage. You can eat it plain as a salad, in sandwiches/burgers as a topping or with roasted meat/fish/tofu as a side dish.
This recipe was prepared using Braun’s MultiQuick 9 (MQ 9175XL).
