40.0 grams breadcrumbs
250.0 grams ground beef, half and half
1.0 tbsp. olive oil
250.0 grams tomato pulp, peeled, cored
150.0 ml vegetable, thin
1.0 tbsp. tomato puree
10.0 grams parsley


Instructions

STEP 1/4

Remove the onion, cut into quarters and Multiquick 5 Baby MQ chop 20 chopper attachment fine. The Cleaning mushrooms, cut into quarters and place in the blender jar. Puree with breadcrumbs, minced meat and egg yolks with the Multiquick 5 Baby hand blender to a uniform mass. stab from the crowd walnut-sized balls and roll between the moistened palms.

STEP 2/4

Heat the oil in a pan. The balls fry it until golden brown on all sides.

STEP 3/4

Meanwhile, tomatoes, vegetable broth and tomato paste heat in a small saucepan and simmer over low heat about 10 minutes.

STEP 4/4

Wash the parsley, pat dry and chop 5 Baby MQ 20 chopper attachment in MultiQuick. Pour the tomato sauce into the blender jar and puree with the Multiquick 5 hand blender baby. Season with parsley.


Two or three balls with a little tomato sauce and four tablespoons of pasta are a child-friendly portion.
